July 10th 2013

Parking lot BBQ , New sites , Happy faces.
Aside from being at Sears in Ebensburg, we visited two new sites, In Cresson at the Old Dollar General Store, along Old Rt.22. and just this past weekend in Patton across from Sheetz at a temporarily closed Ice Cream stand.
Happy to say these sites exceeding our expectations, thanks to the property owners, communities and passer bys who stopped and supported us.
With different locations I have noticed different trends of what people purchase, some places not so many Sandwiches, or a lot of Chicken and Ribs, or a combination of all, just goes to show you can never figure out this business.
Catering and Event dates are filling in nicely for the rest of the season, still have time and dates to inquire for your special occasion.

Hope to serve you soon,
Gary

I am from Louisiana, own part of a hunting plantation in Alabama and have spent lots of time in TN,TX,SC,GA,MS&KY. I know good BBQ! Stopped off to get a laugh at "yankee" BBQ. Boy was I wrong! Gary's BBQ is right up there with places I have eaten that have been on the travel channel and food network and better than a lot of them. I'm talking famous BBQ places that have had their pits running for 50 plus years! Not only that, he is a great guy and cares about the product and his customers. Everything is great, especially his creole beans. Best roadside BBQ my family has ever had! He must have sold his soul for his rib recipe, lol! Try it! You won't be disappointed nor will you ever meet a better guy.
